Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Experience (EX) terhadap Employee Engagement (EE) dan Kinerja perusahaan (KP), serta menguji peran mediasi engagement dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei terhadap 200 karyawan dari lima perusahaan jasa di Indonesia, dimana instrumen kuesioner disebarkan secara daring melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel serta kekuatan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EX berpengaruh signifikan terhadap EE dan KP. EE terbukti menjadi prediktor kuat kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, engagement memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara EX dan KP, menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja yang positif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, yang pada akhirnya mendorong kinerja perusahaan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan employee experience secara strategis untuk meningkatkan engagement dan kinerja perusahaan.
