Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi akademik dan teknis, pengalaman praktis dan organisasi, serta keterampilan non-teknis terhadap probabilitas employability fresh graduate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik korelasi, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner ber-skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik biner dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi bahwa dari beberapa indikator yang diuji, hanya Efisiensi Studi dan Inisiatif yang terbukti signifikan meningkatkan probabilitas kelayakan kerja lulusan baru, dengan kenaikan peluang employability masing-masing sebesar 2,595 kali dan 1,957 kali. Temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa pencapaian akademik konvensional serta sebagian besar faktor non-teknis tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan efisiensi studi dan inisiatif justru menjadi determinan utama kelayakan kerja lulusan baru, meski probabilitas employability yang tercapai masih relatif rendah yaitu 32,6%.
