Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis dampak parsial serta simultan dari Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) sebagai manifestasi agresi aktif, dan Quiet Quitting (QQ) sebagai strategi penarikan diri pasif-defensif, terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan operasional hotel berbintang di Bali. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik CWB maupun Quiet Quitting memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, interaksi kedua perilaku ini menunjukkan efek multiplikasi (compounding effect) yang secara masif mendegradasi standar pelayanan (service quality) hotel
