Abstract

Ketergantungan pada sistem manual untuk pencatatan kehadiran dosen dan teknisi luar biasa (LB) di Jurusan Teknologi Informasi mengakibatkan inefisiensi administrasi dan risiko ketidakakuratan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan solusi digital untuk mengotomatisasi proses ini. Penelitian mengaplikasikan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D). Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan arsitektur Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Fungsionalitas inti mencakup manajemen data master, input presensi terintegrasi, dan otomatisasi kalkulasi laporan perkuliahan. Sistem berhasil diimplementasikan dan diverifikasi untuk fungsionalitasnya. Temuan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi waktu rekapitulasi dan akuntabilitas data melalui penyediaan Dashboard Monitoring dan Laporan Perkuliahan yang terstruktur dan real-time.Sistem Informasi Rekapitulasi Kehadiran ini efektif sebagai alat transformasi digital, menjamin data kehadiran yang terorganisir dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Manual Book disertakan sebagai panduan operasional standar.
