Tren Penelitian Tantangan Profesi Jurnalis di Artificial Intelligence: Analisis Bibliometrik Artikel Terindeks Scopus Tahun 2020–2025

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tren penelitial global mengenai tantangan profesi jurnalis di era AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik. Data penelitian diambil dari publikasi artikel internasional terindeks Scopus pada periode tahun 2020–2025. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kueri pencarian bertema “journalism,” “challenges,” dan “artificial intelligence,” dan disesuaikan untuk pencarian title-keyword-abstract. Kemudian, data hasil pencarian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Dari 434 dokumen yang memenuhi kriteria, ditemukan peningkatan publikasi signifikan setiap tahun. Negara publikasi yang paling produktif adalah Amerika Serikat, India dan Spanyol. Terjadi peningkatan jumlah publikasi yang tinggi pada tahun 2024 (131 dari 60). Hasil analisis dan pemetaan kata kunci menunjukkan beberapa temuan utama terkait permasalahan tantangan profesi jurnalis di era AI yaitu: (1) Tantangan akurasi informasi, (2) Tantangan isu fakenews dan misinformasi, (3) Permasalahan dilema redaksi terkait regulasi penggunaan AI, dan (4) Permasalahan etika penggunaan AI pada produksi berita. Permasalahan ini menjadi dasar bagi profesi jurnalis untuk beradaptasi di era AI. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya etika, kolaborasi antara manusia dan teknologi, serta perlunya regulasi etis untuk menjaga integritas jurnalistik di tengah era otomatisasi. Untuk implikasi kebijakan maka pemerintah, Dewan Pers atau asosiasi selaku pembuat kebijakan perlu menyiapkan pedoman nasional agar penggunaan AI dalam jurnalisme tetap etis dan bertanggung jawab.
