Pengaruh Sistem Kerja Kantor WFO dan WFA Terhadap Produktivitas, Kualitas Kerja, dan Ketepatan Waktu Karyawan

Penelitian ini membandingkan dampak sistem Work From Office (WFO) dan Work From Anywhere (WFA) terhadap produktivitas, kualitas kerja, dan ketepatan waktu karyawan di kantor. Data dikumpulkan dari 80 responden, terdiri dari 40 karyawan WFO dan 40 karyawan WFA, melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis menggunakan Mann-Whitney U Test menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kedua sistem kerja terkait ketiga indikator tersebut. Semua p-value lebih besar dari 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem WFO dan WFA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa faktor lain, seperti dukungan manajerial dan pengelolaan waktu, lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dibandingkan dengan pilihan sistem kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan kerja yang lebih fleksibel namun tetap efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
