Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki sejauh mana lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kelelahan kerja mempengaruhi niat karyawan untuk mengundurkan diri di CV Djafa Shoes. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, melibatkan 50 karyawan yang dipilih melalui metode pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang terdiri dari 30 indikator. Analisis jalur menggunakan SPSS dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung di antara variabel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang tidak kondusif secara signifikan meningkatkan keinginan berhenti kerja pada karyawan. Demikian pula, tingkat stres kerja dan kelelahan kerja yang tinggi berdampak positif pada keinginan karyawan untuk berhenti kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkapkan keterkaitan yang kuat di antara tiga variabel eksogenous, menunjukkan bahwa stres dan kelelahan kerja dapat timbul dari lingkungan kerja yang buruk, dengan stres kerja yang meningkat juga akan membuat kelelahan kerja kerja meningkat. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi perlunya meningkatkan lingkungan kerja dan menangani kesejahteraan karyawan untuk mengurangi tingkat pergantian.
