Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variabel-variabel model UTAUT 2 yang mempengaruhi keinginan masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan dengan menggunakan e-wallet dan m-banking di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM, penentuan sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan teknik perhitungan Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan Google Form sebanyak 165 responden pengguna e-wallet dan m-banking di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel ekspektasi usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku, variabel motivasi hedonis berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku, dan kebiasaan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku, variable ekspektasi kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku, variabel faktor sosial budaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku, variabel kondisi yang memfasilitasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku, dan variabel kebiasaan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku.
