Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological safety terhadap inovasi budaya kerja dan kinerja berkelanjutan, serta menguji peran mediasi inovasi budaya kerja dalam hubungan antara psychological safety dan kinerja berkelanjutan. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research, melibatkan 250 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan di Bali. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Safety berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Inovasi budaya kerja dan kinerja berkelanjutan. Inovasi budaya kerja berperan sebagai mediator signifikan dalam hubungan antara psychological safety dan kinerja berkelanjutan. Hal ini berarti Psychological safety tidak hanya berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja, tetapi juga secara tidak langsung melalui pembentukan budaya kerja inovatif. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman mengenai peran keamanan psikologis dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja yang mendorong inovasi dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu menciptakan iklim kerja yang mendukung psychological safety dan inovasi budaya kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan.
