Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan menguji model pengaruh praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (HRM practices) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan mekanisme mediasi (keterlibatan kerja / employee engagement) dan kondisi moderasi (perceived organizational support / POS). Pendekatan metodologis yang diusulkan adalah kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan uji bootstrap untuk mediasi serta analisis interaksi untuk moderasi (meliputi pemeriksaan moderated mediation). Hasil yang diharapkan: praktik HRM yang baik meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja, yang memediasi hubungan ke kinerja; efek ini semakin kuat pada tingkat POS yang tinggi. Implikasi praktis disajikan per sektor agar kebijakan HR lebih efektif dan kontekstual.
