Evaluasi dan Perencanaan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi pada BKPSDM Kota Palembang Menggunakan Metode TOGAF ADM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi tata kelola teknologi informasi serta merancang perencanaan arsitektur TI pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Palembang dengan menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method). Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi di BKPSDM masih bersifat manual dan belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh. Proses administrasi kepegawaian seperti pengajuan cuti, mutasi, dan kenaikan pangkat masih dilakukan melalui dokumen fisik, sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan dan potensi kesalahan data. Melalui penerapan tahapan TOGAF ADM, penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur TI usulan yang mencakup integrasi proses bisnis, sistem informasi, dan infrastruktur teknologi. Hasil rancangan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman dalam pengembangan sistem informasi kepegawaian yang efisien, terarah, dan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi.
