Pengaruh Tuntutan Pekerjaan dan Sumber Daya Pekerjaan Terhadap Performa Kerja Jurnalis Media Online di Kota Bandung

Lahirnya media online membawa terhadap pola kerja redaksi dan beban kerja jurnalis. Jurnalis diwajibkan untuk bekerja dengan dedikasi dan integritas guna memenuhi target pemberitaan yang cepat sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh redaksi. Di satu sisi, penyediaan sumber daya oleh perusahaan dibutuhkan untuk mengimbangi tuntutan pekerjaan jurnalis. Tuntutan pekerjaan yang tidak diimbangi dengan sumber daya pekerjaan yang baik dapat beresiko pada tingkatan performa kerja jurnalis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaan dan sumber daya pekerjaan secara signifikan terhadap performa kerja jurnalis media online. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif eksplanatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 104 responden jurnalis media online di Bandung menggunakan model Job Demands-Resources. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik terdiri dari normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan uji parsial (uji-t), simultan (uji-f), koefisien determinasi, dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Tuntutan pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja jurnalis; 2) Sumber daya pekerjaan merupakan prediktor terbesar yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja jurnalis; 3) Secara simultan, tuntutan pekerjaan sumber daya pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja jurnalis. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan meskipun tuntutan pekerjaan dapat menimbulkan tekanan kerja, keberadaan sumber daya pekerjaan yang memadai mampu mengubah tuntutan tersebut menjadi tantangan yang konstruktif sehingga tetap berkontribusi pada peningkatan performa. Oleh karena itu, keseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan sumber daya pekerjaan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga performa kerja jurnalis.
