Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi digital dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di era transformasi digital berdasarkan sintesis dari 26 studi empiris yang terbit pada periode 2020–2026. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pencarian artikel melalui Google Scholar dan Scopus menggunakan kata kunci digital literacy, employee productivity, employee performance, dan digital transformation. Sebanyak 26 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis menggunakan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan melalui tiga mekanisme utama. Pertama, pengaruh langsung positif literasi digital terhadap produktivitas ditemukan dalam 18 studi. Kedua, peran mediasi melalui employee agility, innovative behavior, employee engagement, dan work motivation ditemukan dalam 7 studi. Ketiga, peran moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara work from home, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas ditemukan dalam 6 studi. Faktor-faktor yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut meliputi facilitating conditions, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi, sementara technostress menjadi faktor yang melemahkannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi digital merupakan kompetensi strategis yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Organisasi disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan pelatihan literasi digital dengan penguatan motivasi kerja, penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung, serta pengelolaan technostress secara berkelanjutan
