Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara digitalisasi sistem informasi administrasi rumah sakit dengan kepuasan pasien di RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang. Digitalisasi dalam sistem administrasi rumah sakit diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan serta mempercepat proses administrasi, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada pengalaman pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional dan melibatkan 36 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur persepsi pasien terhadap digitalisasi sistem informasi dan tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap layanan yang diterima. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden (58,3%) menilai digitalisasi sistem informasi administrasi rumah sakit dalam kategori baik, sementara 41,7% lainnya menilai kurang baik. Berdasarkan uji bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square, diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,021, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara digitalisasi sistem informasi dan kepuasan pasien. Nilai Odds Ratio (OR) yang dihitung sebesar 3,40 menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang merasakan digitalisasi sistem informasi administrasi yang baik memiliki peluang 3,4 kali lebih besar untuk merasa puas dibandingkan dengan mereka yang merasakan sistem administrasi yang kurang baik. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sistem informasi administrasi rumah sakit berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem informasi yang lebih baik di rumah sakit berpotensi meningkatkan pengalaman pasien dan tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap layanan rumah sakit.
