Perancangan Prototype User Interface Sistem Informasi Pusat Data Dokumen Menggunakan Figma

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah paradigma dalam pengembangan sistem informasi, termasuk dalam menyediakan layanan informasi bagi suatu instansi maupun organisasi. Salah satunya di Universitas Boyolali yang memiliki beberapa sistem informasi. Namun, pada prodi Teknik Informatika dalam pengelolaan draft data seperti MOA, MOU, data alumni, data rencana pembelajaran semester, surat keputusan, surat masuk, surat keluar, berita acara mengajar, dan arsip kumpulan soal, masih tersimpan dalam bentuk berkas fisik karena belum ada sistem informasi khusus yang menampung data tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sering terdapat permasalahan apabila data segera dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang antarmuka pengguna sistem informasi pusat data dokumen menggunakan Figma dengan metode prototype. Metode prototype memungkinkan pengguna untuk interaktif mengevaluasi prototype sistem sepanjang siklus pengembangan. Perancangan desain sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan Figma, dengan konsep, tools, icon¸ serta warna yang menarik karena user interface yang ramah pengguna berpengaruh kepada pengguna sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk memberikan gambaran dalam pembuatan sistem informasi yang akan dibuat serta dapat memudahkan pihak terkait dalam pencarian dan menyajikan data apabila diperlukan secara mendesak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan user interface sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.
