Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antara self-efficacy dan keterampilan shooting, guru pendidikan jasmani diharapkan dapat merancang strategi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek teknik dan fisik, tetapi juga penguatan aspek psikologis peserta didik guna meningkatkan hasil belajar secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest kelompok tunggal untuk menguji pengaruh peningkatan efikasi diri terhadap keterampilan menembak siswa sepak bola. Desain ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk membandingkan keterampilan menembak sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, sehingga memungkinkan pengamatan objektif terhadap perubahan tanpa menggunakan instrumen psikologis yang kompleks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat self-efficacy peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Lirung secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki keyakinan diri yang cukup dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya pada materi keterampilan shooting sepak bola, meskipun masih terdapat peserta didik dengan tingkat self-efficacy rendah yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih lanjut.
