Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk secara empiris mengkaji persepsi guru terhadap pekerjaan mereka di sekolah. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui instrumen penelitian. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah di Yogyakarta yang telah bekerja dan mengajar di sekolah selama minimal satu tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung oleh tim peneliti. Sampling purposif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang, yang merupakan guru sekolah di Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis 1, yang menyatakan bahwa etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, ditolak. Hipotesis 2 yang menyatakan bahwa modal sosial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, diterima.
