Pengaruh Perilaku Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Peran Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan memasukkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 327 karyawan dari sektor manufaktur dan jasa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS, yang meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, goodness of fit, serta pengujian langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara perilaku kerja dan kinerja. Uji bootstrapping lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa mediasi kepuasan kerja bersifat parsial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan mengintegrasikan perilaku karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja dalam menjelaskan kinerja karyawan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya organisasi membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis, mendorong perilaku kerja positif, dan menciptakan pengalaman kerja yang memuaskan guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.
