Pengaruh Reward, Job Enrichment, dan Persepsi Keadilan terhadap Engagement Karyawan Retail Modern di Bogor

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward, job enrichment, dan persepsi keadilan terhadap engagement karyawan retail modern di wilayah Bogor. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada fenomena rendahnya keterlibatan kerja di sektor retail, yang ditandai oleh tingginya turnover dan rendahnya loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel terdiri dari 100 karyawan tetap retail modern yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert, dan dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi syarat untuk analisis regresi. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa reward (β = 0.312, p = 0.001), job enrichment (β = 0.274, p = 0.004), dan persepsi keadilan (β = 0.298, p = 0.001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap engagement karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement (F = 28.734, p 0.001), dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar R² = 0.551.
