Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yakni melakukan analisi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediator pada Staf Keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur. Didalam penelitian  digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus terhadap seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 39 staf keuangan ASN. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melewati kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin danjuga dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) danjuga dengan berbantu software SmartPLS 4.0. Dari hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh pada  kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melewati stres kerja sebagai variabel mediator. Dari tuan tersebut memperjelas pentingnya peran kepemimpinan transformasional didalam menekan tingkat stres kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja staf keuangan di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa menjadi rujukan praktis untuk pimpinan sektor publik didalam mengelola sumber daya manusia secara lebih efektif.
