Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas tidur pada remaja yang memiliki kecenderungan bermain game daring di SMK P Babakan Tangerang. Aktivitas bermain game daring merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang paling sering dilakukan oleh remaja, khususnya pada era digital saat ini yang memudahkan akses melalui perangkat smartphone. Kebiasaan bermain game secara berlebihan, terutama pada malam hari, berpotensi memengaruhi ritme sirkadian, durasi tidur, serta kualitas tidur pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas XII sejumlah 76 responden melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) untuk mengukur kualitas tidur, serta kuesioner untuk menilai kecenderungan bermain game daring. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 71,1% remaja memiliki kecenderungan tinggi dalam bermain game daring, sedangkan 76,3% responden mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kecenderungan bermain game daring dan kualitas tidur (p = 0,000), dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) sebesar 9,6. Hal ini menandakan bahwa remaja dengan kecenderungan tinggi bermain game daring memiliki risiko 9,6 kali lebih besar mengalami kualitas tidur buruk dibandingkan remaja dengan kecenderungan rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa intensitas bermain game daring secara berlebihan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan tidur remaja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan tenaga kesehatan dalam mengembangkan program edukasi terkait pola tidur yang sehat serta pengendalian durasi bermain game daring pada remaja.
