Dinamika Perilaku Relapse Pengguna Narkoba Ditinjau Dari Faktor Kebutuhan (Need) di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Baddoka Makassar

Tingginya angka kekambuhan penyalahguna narkoba di Indonesia yang melebihi 70% mencerminkan keterbatasan pendekatan rehabilitasi konvensional dalam menjawab kompleksitas kebutuhan psikologis individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dinamika perilaku kekambuhan ditinjau dari faktor kebutuhan (need) berdasarkan teori Kurt Lewin dan Henry Murray di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Baddoka Makassar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naratif deskriptif dengan lima partisipan berusia 14–19 tahun yang telah mengalami kambuh minimal dua kali. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kekambuhan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi sembilan kebutuhan psikologis yang melatarbelakangi kekambuhan penyalahguna narkoba, dengan tiga kebutuhan paling dominan yaitu need for rejection, need for deference, dan need for autonomy. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kebutuhan psikologis tidak bekerja secara tunggal, melainkan berinteraksi dengan persepsi, emosi negatif, dan lingkungan sosial berisiko dalam membentuk siklus kekambuhan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya program rehabilitasi yang mengintegrasikan intervensi berbasis kebutuhan psikologis, penguatan regulasi emosi, dukungan keluarga, dan pendekatan person-centered sebagai strategi pencegahan kekambuhan yang efektif kekambuhan yang efektif.
