Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kebijakan Kawasan tanpa Asap Rokok di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan kawasan tanpa asap rokok (KTR) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berasal dari data primer (observasi) dan sekunder Analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang memengaruhi kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Asap Rokok (KTR) telah mengalami kemajuan signifikan. Namun, masih terhambat oleh kurangnya data terukur dan alat pemantauan yang efektif. Hal ini mengakibatkan penegakan hukum yang lemah dan ketidakpatuhan masyarakat terhadap peraturan. Sehingga, keberhasilan kebijakan KTR sangat bergantung pada komitmen dan dukungan dari pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga terkait lainnya.
